Basics

What does this Oopbuy spreadsheet actually do?

It narrows thousands of listings down to rows worth your attention, then points you at Oopbuy to buy, check and ship them. Discovery and fulfilment stay separate on purpose.

Do you sell anything here?

No. Nothing is sold or checked out on this page. Money only moves inside Oopbuy once you decide to order one of these rows.

Who is this sheet written for?

Shoppers who want clothing, shoes, bags and small accessories sourced from Chinese marketplaces and want every step visible from purchase through to parcel.

Buying & payment

Which platforms do the rows point to?

Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Tmall and Pinduoduo. If a row shows Pinduoduo it is usually a budget variant of the same item, so compare notes rather than price alone.

Is Chinese sizing the same as mine?

Usually not. Rows carry sizing notes because Chinese cuts run smaller; measure a garment you already own and match those numbers rather than the letter on the tag.

What is the safest first order?

Two or three inexpensive items that ship together. It teaches you the QC conversation and the freight maths without risking much money on the first run.

QC & shipping

Can I ask for better photos before shipping?

Yes. Request extra angles, measurements or a close-up of any print before you approve the parcel. It is the cheapest point at which a problem can still be fixed.

Why does consolidation change my shipping bill so much?

Lines price the first kilo and any volumetric excess, so throwing out shoe boxes and packing tight often saves more than choosing a slower line does.

How long can items wait in the warehouse?

There is a free storage window, and it is generous enough for a week or two of collecting. Past that, storage fees start — check Oopbuy's current terms inside your account.

Money & safety

What are the charges I should budget for?

Item price, domestic shipping to the warehouse, international freight, Oopbuy's service fee, customs or duties, plus any extras you ask for, such as more QC photos.

When does a refund make sense and when does it not?

Domestic returns are cheap and worth raising; returning something already shipped internationally rarely pays for itself, so agree with the seller first and keep photos.

How do I avoid seized parcels?

Skip restricted categories entirely, declare accurately, and split very large hauls across parcels. Honest declarations and realistic values beat optimistic ones every time.

Reference only. Oopbuy's live prices, storage window and line availability can change without notice.
